Jocelyn Traylor

Mrs. Jocelyn Traylor is a phenomenal woman of noble character. She is the Senior Pastor of Saint Galilee Missionary Baptist Church in Coldspring, Texas, an awesome wife, an amazing mother of four beautiful children, a caring boss, a kind mentor, an encouraging life coach, a B.O.S.S. motivating business owner, an inspiring motivational speaker, and a remarkably successful “The Lady Entrepreneurs” woman.

Mrs. Jocelyn is known for her loving heart, bubbly personality, genuine spirit, kind acts of servitude, and energetic support for people, especially children. She serves in and around her community willingly, lovingly, truthfully, honestly, and faithfully. She coordinates food drives to help all in need, gives back to the community, and passionately supports local businesses, charities, and events.

She sits on the Board of Directors for both the San Jacinto County Community and the Coldspring Youth Basketball League. In addition, Pastor Traylor is the President of the Polk-San Jacinto NAACP Branch, where she continues to make a tremendous impact.

Mrs. Jocelyn is the proud CEO of six thriving businesses, including:

God’s Precious Creations Daycare (her very first business),

Lil’ Pirates Daycare and Learning Center,

The Candy Shack 1,

The Candy Shack 2,

The Lady Entrepreneur 101, and

Elisha’s House Afterschool Program and Food Pantry.


She has successfully remained in business for 15 years, recently celebrating this remarkable milestone on June 10, 2024.

Adding to her list of achievements, Mrs. Jocelyn is also academically accomplished, holding:

An Associate Degree in Biblical Studies,

A Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, and

A Master’s Degree in Theology.


She specializes in helping men, women, and youth elevate to their next level, encouraging them to reach their full potential. She passionately believes:
